Upon successful completion of the course students will receive a Certificate which must be submitted with the application for the permit.

Our Concealed Handgun Permit Class meets all State requirements necessary to apply for the Louisiana Concealed Handgun Permit. Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate which will then be submitted via online, with recent fingerprints taken at Police Headquarters.

  • Upon completion, a training certificate is issued for submission to the Louisiana State Police for permit issuance.

What to Bring:

  • Your pistol
  • 50 rounds of ammunition, and ear and eye protection.
  • Please wear proper footwear (no open toed shoes or sandals).
  • "High neck" T-shirt with sleeves are preferred.
  • Snacks, pen & paper.
  • Ammunition for most handgun calibers, and ear and eye protection are available for purchase in our retail area.

If you do not already have a pistol or PPE, let us know, and we can help arrange a rental for you.
